Terms of Service

To access most features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at [email protected]

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans is prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Your public tournament and match history will be anonymised and retained, as it forms part of shared sports records relied upon by other participants.

When you create or participate in a tournament, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the format, dates, and venue
• Comply with all applicable local laws and sporting federation rules
• Treat all participants with respect
• Honour fixture schedules and communicate promptly if changes are required

Match results submitted through the app are treated as the official record for that tournament. Knowingly submitting incorrect results is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Playmaker App is a platform provider. We are not a party to disputes between organisers, teams, or players. Disputes must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

Team owners are responsible for the accuracy of their roster and player information. You must:

• Obtain consent from players before adding them to a roster
• Ensure players meet the eligibility requirements set by the tournament organiser
• Not add players to multiple teams competing in the same tournament without the organiser's explicit approval

You agree not to use the services to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any other user
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or scrape the services
• Interfere with the security or integrity of our systems
• Engage in match-fixing, score manipulation, or sporting fraud
• Impersonate any person or entity

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or a permanent ban, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

You retain ownership of content you upload (profile photos, team logos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Playmaker App a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the services.

You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove any content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personally identifiable information will be anonymised. Match records and tournament history are retained as public sports data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. Terminated accounts can be recovered by contacting support within 30 days of deletion.

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playmaker App shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services
• Loss of data or access due to technical failures
• Actions or omissions of other users
• Physical injury arising from sporting activities organised through the app

Sporting activities involve inherent physical risks. Playmaker App facilitates tournament management only and is not responsible for injuries or incidents at sporting events.
